Oocyte Perfusion Chamber

The Oocyte Perfusion Chamber (MS-OPC) from ALA allows the user to constantly replace the bottom of the dish while leaving the rest of the dish intact. This way, cells can be cultured on coverglass and then be incorporated into the chamber at the time of the experiment. The chamber itself does not need to occupy the incubator.
The MS-OPC is compatible with 35mm Petri dishes, the Microscope Stage Mounting Plate (MS-Stage) and the Heating and Cooling Microincubation Stage (HCMIS).
