A Dual Fiber-optic Patch Cord has two optical fibers with fully separated optical paths where each fiber end connects to different fiber. The patch cord has two mono fiber ferrule connectors on one end and dual fiber ferrules with guiding pin or guiding socket type connectors on the other end.
These dual fiber patch cords are used to bring the light from the two optical channels ofthe 1x2 rotary joint into a dual fiber cannula. The Dual Fiber-optic Patch Cords with dual guiding socket type connectors on both ends within the same jacket are also possible.
