The Model 2200 Analog Stimulus Isolator provides opto-electrical isolation, signal scaling, and conversion to constant current or constant voltage, for stimuli generated by your signal source. The output signal is DC-coupled, and can take on any waveshape within its wide bandwidth, including pulses.
The input signal voltage, scaled according to the Range switch setting, can result in an output as large as 100 V (or ± 50V in bipolar mode), and ±5mA. The output signal can be turned on and off by a TTL level signal Control Gate. If for any reason the instrument cannot follow the input signal, an Error indicator lights alerting the user to the issue.
