The Epithelial Voltage Clamp (120 V compliance) and Dual Epithelial Voltage Clamp (50 V compliance) provide accurate measurements of transepithelial voltage, short circuit current and membrane resistance. Each clamp features voltage clamp, current clamp, voltmeter and resistance operating modes.
They are designed to be used with suitable Ussing chambers such as the Self-Contained Ussing Chambers, and the culture cup and tissue inserts, which are available for purchased separately.
